What is draft mode?

In draft mode, the AI chatbot does not send its answer to the customer straight away — it writes a draft first.

You read what the AI came up with, then review, edit and approve it yourself before the final reply goes out.

How it works

• Runs on OpenAI’s AI engine.
• Uses Instagram DM as the channel you talk through.
• You can place an icon on your website that brings visitors into your Instagram DM.

How it works on a phone 🔄

1. A customer — or a potential one — sends you an Instagram DM.
2. 📧 You get an email alert immediately.
3. Tap the button inside the email 👉 it takes you to the AI chat session page.
4. On that screen you can see: The customer’s question
   The draft reply the AI wrote
5. ✍️ Edit the draft, or use it as it is, and send the final reply.
